Speeding tickets

I've noticed that recently the majority of ads for jobs are now requiring 2 yrs experience. A year ago it was 6 months to a year.

 

I was talking about years without a ticket. Sorry didn’t specify.

Too bad the trucking company schools don’t really teach you how to drive!

 

I was just commenting on (agreeing) with your point that things have changed as as what companies are willing to overlook when hiring someone.

 

No, he means Western Express, MAYBE CR England. Knight/Swift, Schneider, Werner…those guys won’t hire you.

 

Describe what that actually means.... The schools were never designed to turn out experienced drivers who knew a lot.. that falls on the industry and their supposed trainers.. the industry dropped the ball, not the schools

 

Having worked with both I will opt for someone that came from the local community coledge or independent school over any company trained driver that I have met to this point in time.
