Ran a load from Council Bluffs to General Mills in Albuquerque NM, and then took an empty to head out toward Prewit. The wind on I-40 N hit me pretty hard a few times so I settled on cruising my way out to McKinley instead.

Good sights to see on the drive out, got to McKinley at 1549 and it's now 1925.l, I haven't even bumped a dock yet.

Oh well, it gave me plenty of time to reorganize my truck and have a meal. Right now I'm playing Legend of Zelda (ToTK), I can't wait to pick up a TV and get my PS5 setup. It'll make days like this a little more relaxing.

 

Anyone ever been US DC OHL Dallas? (or so says the BOL). Qualcomm info says 2700 Stone Mesa Dr, but load paperwork says 3700 Pinnacle Point Dr. I have an 11 am appointment Monday morning.

Yes, the stone Mesa address will get you there. We used to enter off pinnacle point, but they divided that warehouse up so now ohl just has the center of it. So stone Mesa takes you into the back side where the docks are, right in the middle of the building. That street will take you straight to the guard shack, it'san easy one.... first time I delivered there after they changed it I pulled up on pinnacle point like we used to and was like Wtf? They've moved out lol

 

Wife is out of town visiting a friend in Tennessee, so I'm enjoying some me time! Just me and the animals till I leave in the morning. Had to go to the store ( which I hate ), trying to fend for myself... I think this covers it!

Headed out today from Albuquerque, NM to Lebanon, IN for a drop due on Tuesday.

Oklahoma has had some interesting weather as of late, radar looks good for today though.

Just a few more minutes before my 10 hour reset and I'll be hauling ### and be on my way. The loads at McKinley are pretty stable, and the guy who was working the dock last night was a good dude, really funny and a hard worker.

Went in to scale my load with security and she apologized for the wait (6 1/2 hours or so). I told her it happens and it's no big deal. She said I was the only person that went back to scale out and wasn't angry. Haha.

Who knows, maybe she'll remember me for next time and get me in and out a little faster.
