Yup. They spent $10k on our system. It's probably not staying behind. Especially if they try to hang on to our paychecks.

Too little too late. Freight is finding new homes around the country. We had at least one major account tell our sales rep that they would not ship with us for the forgeable future and asked us to get our empty trailers off of their property.

Freight diversion has begun the day that the lawsuit was announced and we are finally feeling the effects of it on a terminal level.

Same here. I saw some Yellow trailers parked in a drop lot. Not a good sign.

My comment was directed towards Yellow outlined by your link. This cat should have died a number of years ago but still somehow has a few lives left.

Yeah, we are aware of what the media says. I actually refresh the news tab once every two hours just to see what is going on inside my own company.

I appreciate you posting the stories for the rest of everyone else.

Friday we know. That's the motto at this point. By contract they give us the bad news on Fridays. In the words of my supervisor who isn't union. "Got an extra set of ski masks if you wanna help me clear some s### this weekend"

    Best wishes.
Pro tip.......if you decide to walk away, you're a quit. If you hold out until the bitter end, you're layed off.
Seriously. It happened to a friend of mine when Spartan (anyone remember these guys? Part of the Roadway regional experiment), went out.

personally, i have no loyalty, i learnt that lesson decades ago.

i'd jump ship ASAP, and get on with a new path of better things, than a path of a Titanic.

It's not necessarily about loyalty......it's about unemployment insurance.
If you get a better job offer, then move on. But if they want you to sweep the dock for 8 hours, tell 'em, "you bet. Where's the broom."
And you can bet real money that they'll try to make it as ugly as possible in the last days to keep from having to pay your unemployment.
    This ain't gonna be pretty...............
