It almost sounds like they had determined to terminate ya'll and just went looking for anything they could use to justify it (terminate with cause). Don't understand why they just didn't call you folks in and just tell you that your services were no longer needed. A lot simpler.

The fun of truck driving -- 99.99% of drivers do something against the book at some point. When a company needs to downsize or just doesn't like someone, all they have to do is nitpick and can justify a termination. I think that's the problem working with Jesus freaks and they are worst....preaching forgiveness and love but not in their company. I also think that since my husband is white and has a manly voice against black truck driver nowadays he'll never win. We beg from Kennesaw to changed it so we can be hired, most of the company we called who hires team won't touch us because of the word termination after 6 to 1 year but they wont budge because ruining someone's livelihood is more important to them. I should have listened to my husband who was uncomfortable long time ago every time we received Jesus preaching on a daily basis through the Qualcomm...he wanted to leave then but it was me who doesn't I kinda wanted to stay in one place. Now I understand when he said all trucking company are never loyal to you so don't be loyal to them. I was accused of running a red light though it was still yellow because that's the only thing they can find on me and then mark my record "termination".

We said the same thing...i guess they enjoy humilating us. The truth is they never trust their driver.... First of you can't take their truck home even if you live close by. I think the driver that called in embellished that story some. I wouldn't worry about a termination being on your record. I don't really see where this would hurt y'all in terms of getting another job. It isn't like you did anything alpmg the lines of a rollover or jack knife, or failed a piss test. Y'all should have no issues going to work somewhere since you're an established team. In fact, companies will probably be ready to hire you with a quickness. Maybe when the safety person said "back out," they meant "back down," as in out of the confrontation.Madayag Thanks this.

We have no luck, we called Dart trucking, they need 1 yr clean trucking record, kllm needs 6 months clean driving record and so others. How do you that, when no one will touch you? Surely trucking industry has changed. We didn't damaged the equipment, nobody got hurt, we didn't kill anyone, we didn't steal...we deliver their load safely when they made their decision without our knowing our livelihood is just purely ruined.

Talk to an attorney, You might be able to sue if the driver that complained lied. A good attorney will be able to suphena any records regarding the entire matter, get names for litigation and copies of any video.Madayag Thanks this.
