We bought - what we thought- was '02 non egr engine MK60 12.7 for one of our off-road silage trucks (or possibly a manure pump) come to find out it's an '03 EGR MK6E. So, we're being told that there are some issues with the EGR style pistons possibly requiring different injectors in order to tune to 550hp or more? Is there anything to that? and also, that the ECM we had planned on using, which is out of an '01 MK60 uses different "digital info values" and that could be an issue?
hoping someone can point me in the right direction on those two issues?
