I’m there too - that’s my 9 year story so far with them as I left LTL and bought a truck as you are suggesting.

 

Dish, what are they paying a mile now after they take their percentage? $1.40?

 

They aren't taking ####.... they pay you 65% of gross linehaul, and pay 100% of accessorials plus FSC. (Even though spot market has no FSC) On top of that, every load has a different rate.

You couldn't do all the back office/compliance stuff for anywhere near what that 35% represents, plus they have a pretty decent fuel discount, good insurance, anda ton of other benefits in return for that percentage they keep.

 

You're going to have to rephrase that question in a logical fashion for me.

 

Well - it's $6.86/mile loaded miles to the truck after LS cut and permits.
