I think you're commenting on the wrong post. I never mentioned anything about being afraid, or mentioned having difficulty checking brakes. Have a good one buddy.

Let me ask one more time, Where did it say I was scared to check brakes? Where did I mention anything about checking brakes? I'll wait.Last edited by a moderator: Sep 1, 2023

The text they type in doesn't matter. If there is something in the violation section it's a violation, not a warning. Just because an LEO doesn't know that doesn't make it not a violation.tscottme, Cattleman84 and wis bang Thank this.

The inspection form indicates that there is a record and anything listed under violations IS just that; a violation.
The inspection form means that the roadside will show up on the carriers Safety Management System report and any violations listed will assign the carrier points.
Your personal Pre-employment Screening Program report will show these violations and some carriers utilize a third party to monitor which violation points each individual driver has managed to contribute to the carriers score.tscottme, ZVar and Cattleman84 Thank this. -
No such thing as a warning if its on an inspection form... If its listed in the "violation" section, then its a violation. There are many, if not most, violations that dont carry a fine.

If there is ANYTHING listed in the Violation section, it is a violation and will show up on your PSP. Warnings don't have fines and violations don't NECESSARILY have fines either. Some do and others do not.
