Random LTL Rants (all are welcomed)

How do you deal with this?
It's themost hated part of my job.

 

Got to love LTL...
Only a few company's will spend the money and time to package their products to ride damage free. Some of it is the dock workers mis handling.
A lot of freight should have never been picked up in the first place.

 

Could be worse you could work foodservice.

 

Looks like a rail trailer after the train crew got pissed off.

 

When you go to stand the box up to strap it against the wall, and you can hear the pieces of glass sliding around inside the cardboard.
Good times.

 

I’ll take a dock worker loading 4 3,000lb racks on the right side of the trailer for $1,000 Alex.

This was a real joy to drive slowly and back in to a door with let me tell ya.

 

I’ve only had a skid of bagged gravel that was recouped. Was a residential and the guys wife was just complaining about the BS he ordered. Never dealt with any of that stuff you all posted.

 

Averitt and fedex seems to have the nicest stuff. I’ve never seen an averitt trailer loaded all crushed, smashed, and stacked.
