K&B Transportation. The real deal!

########. I have talked to too many K@B drivers for some idiots to say that's just t he way it is, suck it up. God #### man, being treated like these ### raisers do is not in any way normal. K@B is a ##### whipping company andif you don't understand that, well, tell your dungeon master to whip you more, you love it.

 

I'm with you. I don't care how much money there is to be made, working for an outfit that considers you a dime a dozen isn't on my list of desired jobs.

 

I think every company considers drivers a dime a dozen, at least to some degree. At the end of the day, if a driver is fired, quits, or retires, they get replaced....and believe it or not, the company keeps rollin.....

 

See how K&B abuses the so called road warrior program. This was taken from google review. the company did not respond to the comment from David but has responded to other comments

 

Maybe K&B should focus their attention on lowering their 29% OOS rate instead of sending recruiters to pose as drivers on trucking forums.

My DEEP ANALysis of K&B transportation.

on paper the K&B's road warrior program looks decent for a solo driver. work 8 weeks for minimum guarantee($1,750.00) and get 10 days paid holiday of $1,000.00 plus air ticket to and fro from home (info from website and OP)

plus they do not have teams and do not have owner operators/lease operators. (Info from FB page)

Also K&B always had some sort of Minimum Guarantee pay program for last 23 years. This pay was for both OTR and local drivers. (info from checking the old K&B website through Wayback Machine)

So Why is that K&B is failing to retain their drivers?

looking into their Facebook page i found the following
1) only 213 drivers have celebrated their minimum 1 year anniversary (Nov-22 to oct-23)
2) only 5 drivers celebrated million milers in the past 1 year
3) only 7 drivers with 10 years plus service for K&B

 

K&B offers $3000.00 for referral so he might come here again to promote his company (if he is the driver and not recruiter).

 

Those are some pretty poor numbers

 

213 made it a year? That's actually pretty good lol
