    You burned your Soundgarden albums?
    That explains a lot.
Please let us know what 'home' you're in and we'll send you a nice Christmas card and maybe some cookies too..(not home made, but the kind you get from Walmart in the tins.....hey, they're pretty good).

Yesterday was one last repack of the new opening. Doc injected about 7 shots of Lidocaine in various spots around the incision and then went to work. Once the Lidocaine was in, he pulled out the old tampon string and stuffed in another, about 8 inches of gauze string. In tomorrow for another round, and hopefully he'll pull it, and tell me he doesn't want to see my rear end again.

Unfortunately, My 84 year old neighbor (Tom), had his wife (Marlene) pass away on Tuesday night - unexpectedly. Spent the day yesterday helping him out - his son and daughter are here now, so I've stepped out to let them handle things.

But they'll be gone again at some stage, and he'll need some help going forward. He's very lost - they were married 62 years.

    Yay 2023.

Good news in the healing. Hopefully you can get some relief.

Have you looked into intermittent fasting? Not eating for like 48 hours might be a good way to let that part of the body heal.

    Thanks for asking mate.

My money maker seems to be healing up ok, some scar tissue I guess. I'll take not bleeding and painful as a win.

Gretchens' BP is much better now - went to cardiologist, they want to do an echo with stress test, on the 11th of December - the molasses of the health industry.
