I just moved out of NY, after several unsuccessful attempts to do so. You're not wrong, I was born in NY and lived there most of my life.

 

Its a foot higher probally,its not only NYC that does that.NY is erratic w their clearance postings Inever take a chance.Just went under a 13 6 had like 6 inches clerance go figure.Plus I was loaded,that helps.
