for these cops. I could see them coming a couple of miles back in my mirror. I saw the UPS coming up slowly in the hammer lane about a half mile behind me and tried to raise him on the CB to tell him he might want to move over. But he kept going to where he blocked the troopers so they couldn't get around.

I slowed down so they could get by but he still wouldn't move over. You can see a couple of the troopers pull up beside him. They're shaking their fists or flipping him off. Then the UPS driver puts on his blinker and you can see the one trooper car swerve over as he thinks the UPS truck might run into him.

If they weren't in a hurry to get somewhere, that UPS driver would have been chewed out or maybe gotten a ticket for something. I wondered if he was doing it on purpose.

I was just trying to get out of the way at the time and didn't get his truck or trailer number. It can't be seen on the video either. Maybe that's what the troopers were doing when they were pulled up beside him.
