well thankz but i'm about to get on swift for like a yr then check out something local

you raise a very important point about trusting another driver with your life and how the personality fit is so critical
as a wannabe i initially like the idea of solo but am considering team, i would have to find a partner first
does this happen in the industry--individual drivers joining others to make teams? this sounds tricky
i see where some truck companies are offering to "match" drivers but i just don't trust this because of the personality thing
is it possible for a new driver to find another more experienced driver who wants to team? i would be reluctant to team with another newbie and i don't expect a lot of experienced drivers are seeking a newbie team member!
this site would be a good place to start asking around, but how do you go about setting that up so both parties are protected from each other?mje Thanks this. -
