R and l out of western NY good/bad, stay away?

Great company. We've been here 9 years as a team. Husband and wife. Get home every weekend and 4 hrs every night if our dedicated run goes well. We gross 110k each a year. Solos will be less of course. 70k plus. We are here until we retire.

When I left they were on the expensive side and mediocrely at best

 

Buffalo SCM is a first class dipstick. Will write up the most trivial things, definitely on a power trip. Company overall is not bad but the individual SCM has a tremendous impact on if you’ll have a good experience or bad. Bottom of the board linehaul can be slim pickings this time of year with wild swings in start times possible and be ready to babysit your phone.bid runs are a different story but it is unlikely to walk into a bid , especially a GOOD bid right away.
