Koch trucking vs tree

This presents an opportunity I’ve always wondered. Is Koch pronounced “coke” or is it pronounced “####”? And in case that gets edited, a male chicken.

 

I’ve seen that spelling pronounced “Cook” and sometimes “Coke” and even “Coush”
But I haven’t seen it pronounced as a male chicken.

 

I drove for them years ago. It's "cook."

 

I could understand Cook.. even KooK.
My spelling teacher would hit you with a ruler and say “That’s WRONG, MR.
Go to the blackboard and TRY again so the rest of the class can SEE.”

Kinda like Roark… up north it’s one syllable, in the south it’s two… Ro Ark…
