Specifically, company provided. Just wondering if they're decent sized or are they're usually pretty small? Would like to be able to have room for more than just a few water bottles and a jar of peanut butter.

Think bar fridge size. That's pretty much the most common.

This a sample of a fridge in a volvo vnl.

They come in varying sizes. Some are quite small. Most are like the pic in the post above

Never had a company truck with fridge.
But i can say the fridge in a Kenworth T660 is small, and it’s down in the floor on RHS in cubby hole so you can’t see anything.
Just sit on bed and reach down and grab something. Its about knee high.
Always felt it was compact for company’s saying “Lucky you got one.”

I've never had a company truck, but have worked on quite a few. That looks huge compared to most I've seen

Somewhat bigger than the one posted for the t660, but small no matter how you cut it...fortunately I linehaul and don't even turn it on, home daily. I'd gave to bring a 12 vokt cooler along if I was out even a few days.

The lil freezer will keep 2 small tv dinners, or one big hungry man.
or a couple bags chicken strips/patties if you got a microwave.

Yup my 579 has that exact fridge. That said while small they are deeper then a lot of other fridges in trucks. They also get cold enough to freeze things in the back. So ive found i can carry around 2 weeks worth of sandwhich fixings pretty easily along with a weeks worth of say meat and such to use in my micro crockpot if i want room for a few drinks too.

Still dont expect to be stocking it like a home fridge.

Agreed, quit putting stuff in the fridge that doesn't have to be refrigerated and your fridge will get bigger.
