Hey there,
We hauled loads for United Road in November and have still not been paid. They said they were changing their accounting system... then said they wrote a check although my form of payment from them is ACH. It's been more than 2 weeks they say the check was cut and nothing comes to my mailbox. They don't reply to messages or answer the phone/return phone calls.
Has this been happening to someone else? How do you think we should proceed?
I appreciate any help!
Has anyone not been paid by United Road?

Don't haul for them but I've seen multiple posts in the FB groups asking this same question, so it's not just you.EvertonP, OLDSKOOLERnWV, letsgousa and 1 other person Thank this.

They are on our DO NOT USE list.

Didn't they change ownership again recently?

Don't have a clue about that. But their new AI dispatch system has sure twisted the tails of their O/O's!Banker Thanks this.

I heard a few weren’t happy with a 7 way local load in Chicago for $500. I think they may be wearing out the decline load button.Last edited: Jan 19, 2024
Hammer166 Thanks this. -
Few years back, UPS Autogistics wanted to push for every local dealer to be STI. Their thinking? Every local unit could be a zero day unit, even if it took six drops.
I don't remember how many rewrites it took before my email back to them didn't read "Are you that ####ing stupid?!?"
And of course, the answer to that rhetorical question was, yes, they really were!Banker Thanks this.
