Good Luck. Take a test light a check for power at the end of your pigtail with the key on. If you have no power check the fuse then work your way forward.
If you do have power check the condition of your plug on the pigtail. I had a lighting issue that I though was an issue with trailer because I had power to the taillight and maker light pins. Turns out my 7 way plug was worn out after two years. Installing a new plug solves the issue.

look at the diagram above on the left. Turn the key on and your lights on to. Hook the clamp end of the test light to any bare metal on the truck to get a ground. Check for power on the top right and top left pins. That’s you maker/tail lights and will confirm you have a good ground for your test light. Then check the center pin on the pigtail. If no power check at the 7 way receptacle the pigtail is plugged into. If no power there it may be time to take it to a shop. As a company driver I wouldn't go much past the 7 way receptacle.RockinChair Thanks this. -
Did you ever find out what was wrong? I have the exact same thing happening with a new Pokar gas trailer right now…. Know it has power to the center pin, as the overfill system runs off it

I have Brenners and Tremcars with lift axles. If the axle doesn't go up when unloaded, try dumping the air in the trailer. Has always worked for us. Dump air then when empty of the the air, air it up. Has always worked. As long as it has power.

Do you have an air leak?
