Another great interview @blairandgretchen. Glad it popped up in my utube feed, as my social time is largely spent other places than here. @skallagrime you made some thoughtful points toward the end that most people probably missed and need to have gotten the most. Thanks to both of you for putting that out there.

I've done a fair bit of research on TRT and natural methods due to my hobbies of weight lifting and martial arts. Injecting on a bi weekly frequency is very suboptimal. Every 2-3 days at most would be far preferrable to maintain a more steady state of healthy testosterone and avoid the waves your experiencing. There's tons of telehealth TRT clinics now offering TRT for as little as $100 a month if sourcing your own is an issue.

Also, there's a difference between total and free testosterone and supplements like Tongkat Ali can be used to increase free testosterone if your total T is good, but free T is not. On top of that I'd highly recommend getting into some type of weight lifting program 2-3 days a week for the weeks your home at least. Weight lifting is the #1 thing you can do to reduce the effects of aging and speaking personally it's the #1 thing that helps with my chronic depression. Lifting heavy weights also boost testosterone as an added benefit.

Edit: Speaking again as someone who suffers with chronic depression I'd highly recommend the book "The Conquest of Happiness" by Bertrand Russell. I'm a naturally very depressed person and as such happiness is something I must conquer rather than a natural state of being. The book was written for people living in cities affected by war in WW2, but I have found the lessons to be just as relevant today.

I like them. I think the 7" was a good size. They are different in tone, not too loud. Feels like a mechanical jolt when the jakes engage/disengage , @wore out said he noticed the same. Not sure why that is.

Thanks. I'll admit some exercise would probably reap benefits. I'll look into that book title too.

I think it was 'Dr.Steve on Weird Medicine' that first prompted me to have a blood test done for the TRT, and I was surprised at just how low it was back then. My GP always wants me to have a blood tests done annually to check the level, but it has never changed. Last I checked, a cream through compounding pharmacies, or an injectable pill were other options. Again, I'll admit that I sometimes let weeks go by without getting a shot.

    Oh - this happened too.

About a month ago on MO-37, I came across it. I thought from initial glance that the gal was clearing out some personal belongings from the vehicle from an earlier wreck, but it had just happened seconds before I turned up. She was looking for her phone at the time.

Not much English, she was incredibly calm considering. I left her in my car, talked to the farmer that owned the fence, and left when the MSHP turned up.

By looking at the photos - you can see how incredibly lucky she was. Probably distracted.

I had my phone in hand fixing to text you to see if you were ok then I saw where you had a post. Don't be such an A-Hole next time and let us know you are ok. I'm through.
