No parking. It's more a city ordinance issue. Kinda like Ontario.BigR and MidWest_MacDaddy Thank this.

Always love knowing what i’m doing for the next several days. I’ll drop this load in Loveland, CO tomorrow morning, then run down to Nestle in Denver to drag a trailer to North Platte to drop Monday morning. After that i’ll head to Aurora again to pick up a trailer for South Carolina. I’ll swing by Fremont after picking up that SC load to get my truck serviced

I went in pretty big on insurance with hospitalization, disability, not all of the bells and whistles but most of them. I think I'm at like $87 a week.

Sorry @RStewart i missed your post. I JUST got done with orientation, for me and my daughter health dental and vision it’s like $78 a week. All my orientation paperwork is in my truck, I can take a pic of the benefit package Monday if you like and DM it to you.
RStewart, dwells40, IH9300SBA and 1 other person Thank this. -
Not really, you can hide out a couple hours before/after but the city bans truck parking before 6 AM if I recall correctly.IH9300SBA Thanks this.

Single, insuring only myself. I do have the nicer insurance. The high deductible plan if I recall correctly was something like 5-7 dollars a week.

Petro nearby Borden town is where I usually go it's also got the cheapest fuel in the area I believe.
$3.43 per gallon. Pay to park unless you fuel or spend a certain $$ amount I believe is $25. Get there before 7-8pm though since it fills up quickly after dark.

Last time I was there, I had a Russian codriver. We were at the pumps. He was on the driver's side, out of view. I hear him cry out like something hit him. I ran around the truck to see what was up, and the diesel hose had sprung a leak and the pressure was causing diesel to spray him all over. Thing was, he didn't move! Her just stood motionless, in the spray. The spray was between me and the pump so I ran back around, over and across the catwalk and down, and shut the pump off. He was soaked with diesel, head to toe. The fuel manager called the main building to tell them to give him a free shower.
I think back and wonder why he didn't at least step out of the spray right away. I think I'd have stepped out of the spray, first thing.
