Anybody seen that bug gut removal spray lately? Comes in a spray bottle, and the idea is you spray your bug cluttered glass with it and let it sit while you fuel or whatever, and 5 minutes later, the bugs come right off with no effort. I haven't seen it in years, but, boy, do I need it!
Sons Hero, NightWind, motocross25 and 2 others Thank this. -
Same! I think I was hitting pterodactyls in Wyoming.Sons Hero, MidWest_MacDaddy and rokue Thank this.

717 miles later I come skating into the rest area in Declo, ID. Full house so I had to create-a-space, but I’m actually in a better spot for hood preservation. Tomorrow tackle Oregon and Washington. They still calling for some pretty good snow, but in my experience running the mountains in CO, they always over sell it, then it’s a toss up and either get nothing like they thought, or it’s 8 x’s worse. I’m hoping for the former. Are we supposed to be doing these post trip inspections? I always have a habit of going off duty soon as I park, and then skip em so it doesn’t throw me back on duty and have never heard anything about it.
BigR Thanks this. -
Baker City and LaGrande look like above freezing tomorrow and Meacham is supposed to be right around 30. If they have the roads slopped up good and can keep ahead of the snow you shouldn’t have any problems.motocross25 Thanks this.

Yeah at least 7 minutes pre-trip or post-trip everyday.MidWest_MacDaddy and motocross25 Thank this.

Yep thank you. Meacham is what I have saved in my weather app and am keeping an eye on, I was thinking the same thing. I been looking at Baker City and LaGrande as well so I’m glad you mentioned those, I’m at least looking at the right stuff!Long FLD Thanks this.

Ah! Duly noted, thank you I’ll be sure to do that from now on. I did get an email about my fueling on yard move and how that shouldn’t be. I’m just used to as soon as I’m off any road smashing that Yard Move button to save drive time. But that’s an easy fix I can knock that off pretty easy. While we are on the subject is anyone else have the ELD problem where one screen will say one thing but the dashboard says another as far as status? I fueled today and creeped to a spot and my duty selection screen was “On Duty” but on the dashboard it still said “Drive”. It credited me my break but also took 30 minutes away from my drive. So I guess it’s a toss up on what status I fueled in.
-
Yeah you have to tap on duty or off duty for the eld to update the correct status on the screen it does update eventually if you don't touch anything this system is on the slow side.motocross25 Thanks this.

I heard years ago that you aren't required to log a post trip, legally, but it seems that FCC wants them logged.motocross25 Thanks this.
