    Currently I am looking for an opportunity. I have 3 moving violations in the last three years. I know it’s my fault but I feel like I am a better driver. I am located in TX and I am just looking for a opportunity from a company so I can get some trucking experience.

    It's a tough CDL job market right now -- even for drivers with clean records. :(

    I don't expect that to really improve any this year.

    15 mph over and the other two violations are, driving without tags, and driving while license suspended.

    It’s probably absolutely bottom of the barrel companies unless you can afford a lawyer to reduce those charges.

    If I were you, I'd fill out an application to every single company. Non stop. If they don't get back to you immediately, call them "check on the status of your application." If you manage to get a yes, take it. Being in a truck, you must pay more attention to detail. Keep a safe speed, keep your license straight. One misstep in this industry, it can be very devastating.
