In 2024 why NOT go to swift?

Swift is kind of the new Roadway,, we picked on those guys, but they hauled a lot of freight. Swift too. Bad companies don't last long.

 

Super Ego, too.

 

Just remember what kept me going until retirement,, the childhood story of the little engine that could,,,I think I can, I think I can,,,remember, you aren't just starting out and of course a mega like Swift wouldn't be for you, but a new driver, this is what it takes, and again, I don't think Swift is any different than any other mega carrier. Besides, I can't think of many "mom&pop" outfits left. The kids usually took it over and ran it into the ground,,,

 

Just remember, when people are ragging on Swift, they are letting other carriers rest!

 

Swift doesn't have driver facing cameras.

 

A lot of folks love to hate on Swift, but they're a massive company, with a lot of trucks to keep running. They don't always hire the right person, doesn't make them a totally crap company.

Doesn't change the fact that they have some good accounts, and a lot of dedicated work.

Worry less about what people think of you, and the company you work for, and more about how you can make yourself happy, and accomplish whatever goals you have.

 

I remember when Schneider drivers got picked on, the Roadway drivers thought it was great. Took the pressure off them.

In fact reminds me of years ago listening to a JB Hunt driver out in west Texas being asked "What are you doing in that left lane JB?'
