Well it’s normal to be slaying flies with the Bug Assault this time of year but they must’ve not lit their bunk heaters and froze to death and died cause I ain’t got a one so far

Rock Chuck is a fine meal cooked in a Dutch oven in cream of mushroom soup and lots of onions

I had two 12 1/2 hour days in a row with 300 miles each. So much for getting home early enough to take the bike out for a bit.

I’m ready for a cold one too.

The judge went old school today, helped a fellow driver.
Got mine fixed, and when i was paying out, another guy there in a freightliner cabover, had blown an engine and they towed him in.

He was loaded going to Omaha, we’re in Fremont, so what 40 miles, i told him I’d unload mine, then we’d grab his and go.
Course he failed to mention he had doubles.
But the Judge is endorsed for Tankers and Doubles/triples, just had, to break fifth wheel that was stuck and slide it back.

That was a good 30 minutes with Windex, and a hammer and pry bar.

    Ole Red done it again!

Have brought him and trailers back, reattached to mine, staying in that motel, again, and probably head in tomorrow, he’s going South so i’ll give him a ride halfway, and can have someone pick him up about 1.5 hours from his house where i then have to turn East.

    “What did you charge???”

Dude bought my dinner at Mel’s Diner here in town.
