NJ? The a-hole 4-wheeler will get away with it. Northern and/or politically Democrat states LOVE crime, mayhem and disorder.

The four-wheeler is a bad driver, no question. Let's not talk about the legal requirement to secure the load against forward movement though. That might be embarrassing for the truck driver and we can't have that.

I agree with this. My boss at the flatbed company would always say the only reason a load shifts is because it either wasn’t loaded properly or it wasn’t tied down properly. A couple of chains crossed over the front probably could’ve prevented this.

Looks like there was no headache rack on that truck.

Just my opinion, but personally, I wouldn't have slammed on the brakes for the ##**ole. Load may still have shifted due to the impact, but it wouldn't have been as bad.

Since we don't need this banished to the depths of the political section, I'm just gonna say there's ahole drivers everywhere. Imo the worst are down south. NJ definitely sucks, but at least it's small. Anytime I drive down to Florida and back via Atlanta I'm ready to pop a blood vessel

Didn’t look like there was any reason for him to be in the middle lane at that moment either.
