Did you bend that fairing up or not? If you did, then it’s your fault. Period, end of story. It’s not your piece of equipment to tear up.

 

Shame on you Dave W, Jean F, Karen M, & Dave J and everyone else involved in putting non DOT reportable minor incidents on your drivers DAC and VOE! You know that once you do that your driver will never be able to get another trucking job again! So if you bend your fairings you deserve to no longer be a truck driver ever again? Are you God? You think you have that right & that kind of power to ruin someone’s career over that?

 

Where do you draw the line? At what point....cost of broken part, cost to repair, down time for truck....do you just decide not to report damage that you caused?
Are you mad because you got fired...or mad because you were busted for dishonesty?

 

You keep it up & you will be sued for damages. I have copies of everything on my DAC & no failure to report is on it & I have proof. If you are making stuff up & reporting it on my DAC then I will see you in court. I guess I need to get r&r express involved criminally now since that’s who bought you out when you went out of business. Either way you are crooks & criminals proven here by your threats & lies about me.

I want to know ever truck driver on here criticizing me how long you have been driving and how many minor non DOT reportable incidents you have had? That means from when you started as a truck driver how many bumpers got damaged backing into a tight dock with no room in front, fairings got bent backing into a tight dock and other minor incidents like that; where you scraped the side of your trailer & left a mark. Even if you did not report it to your company, how many have YOU had during your career?
