they offer to pay 5,800 a week for the owner operator or my drivers ??? say I get 2 drivers that 11,600 per week paycheck for myself then I pay my drivers 1,600??? is this skeptical pay or its normal I am not doing owner operator yet first I got to work for a company. I think they make me fuel hauling and not sure what other kinds of hazmat stuff they make us haul. is the pay realistic or that the minimum??? what should I negotiate???

Make sure you negotiate time for your poopie first.

    Jesus, will it ever end?

If YOU are an O/O, you will have expenses on your truck since you own it. Basics, fuel, insurance, registration, cost of truck, initial cost or monthly pymt. Plus maintainence oil changes tires etc. Ain't all glamour !

This is like someone who likes to fly kites, planning on all the things he'll do when he becomes an airline pilot.
Not sure if he's trying to be funny or......?

We should all go on and buy a jet.
Could ferry people for business class execs.
Who needs to fill time pilots and crew/hanger, or fuel.
