they couldn't find my school on where I when to get my cdl so they basically recruiter said you have at least 30 days experience with a different company what the hell before I can go with them and the trucks are take home to my house. was the recruiter racist she didn't bother to look into my school flat out disregard it.
I just called werner company they said

Truck drivers are supposed to be the calmest and the coolest. -
Perhaps you should consider a different approach and maybe a different career path. Plenty of trucks on the highway and byways of America.

The recruiter isn't racist.
Most starter companies now require 30 - 90 days experience if you didn't graduate from their inhouse cdl school. -
I’d take this up immediately with any civil rights attorney you can find.
This madness must simply stop. -
