Here comes some more DOT intervention because folks can’t pay attention to what’s in front of them

Nothing will ever stop the dummies flying off the road from driving too fast on snow and ice.

 

So let me get this straight....it sends people messages to a wireless device....so in order to read these warning messages, they have to take their eyes off the road to read a warning message. So the government is forcing people to be distracted...great safety plan.

 

Stopped traffic usually stops them, but I agree. It's our instant gratification society today, and that won't change anytime soon. This^^^? Just another half baked attempt to make it appear they are trying. I say put them all in a Crackerbox Jimmy or R Model Mack, that will slow them down,,,but then there's the ones that will assuredly quit upon seeing those trucks. I was happy to have a job.

 

All these huge amounts of time and money pouring into this gigantic slimy cancerous bureaucracy to brainstorm new ”ideas” so they can continue to be lazy with enforcing existing laws created by their predecessors. And the successors will do the same.

 

I say make those with crashes already on their record use it, and make it visible on their vehicle, like a dunce hat.

 

Sooooo....more annoying beeping sounds, buzzing noises, and klaxon alarms?

 

Yes instead of better training.....

 

Rules comeing from people that dont know a dam thing about the profession they're making rules for . Like when around here the codes changed from mandatory 3'' vent stack to 2'' and allowing 3'' main sewer lines instead of mandatory 4'' kept me busy doing drain service . 125$ plz , nxt .
