Gotta be a multi-millionaire many times over to live in Williamson County. Gotta be crazy to live in Rutherford, way too many people.

I worked for JB Hunt as a regional driver out of LaVergne servicing TJ Maxx and Marshall's stores, "Final Mile" division. They are PROBABLY hiring. I quit, others have quit, over the 13-14 hour days. However, it is home on weekends for the most part, and I averaged 120K/yr there, the stop pay and per mile pay is excellent. You just have to be okay with literal 70-hour weeks over 5-6 days, and the headaches that come with delivering to stores who often aren't ready to receive the delivery.

Edit: To be specific, the stop pay is 42.50/stop and includes hooking the trailer in the morning and dropping it at night, along with 2-4 stops during the day. Per-mile was .72. Also it is touch-freight, you unload it with a pallet-jack. All the stores have docks, some of them were designed for straight vans so it's a challenge but there's no docking that's not do-able. And yes, some of them are lift-gate stores. Also, I should clarify, when I say the stores are often not ready to receive the delivery, what I mean is, they get deliveries EVERY DAY. And they have small back rooms. So if they haven't processed yesterday's delivery, there's nowhere to put the new pallets until they do. You might wait around an hour or more due to someone else's incompetence. There's no detention pay.

How many pounds do the pallets weigh? Is there a maximum weight limit?

I spent a weekend at the old TA in Nashville near the stadium awhile back. It was about a mile walk into downtown for an excellent bite to eat and a first time visit to the Johnny Cash museum. On the right hand side of the road was a fueling depot for gasoline tanker trucks doing local deliveries. I made a mental note of it for future reference. There might be a job available there.

Rutherford is where is grew up. I don't even recognize it anymore. It's like Nashville is spilling over into all those counties.
