100k is last year, thing of the past.

Now with inflation it's 125k to 130k considered a good salary.

If inflation continues 150k/year standard. That's for exp drivers let's say 3+ years.

As far as advertisements, Coastal (reefer company) has 100k on the back of their trailers. Next time will get pic.

You have to be pretty specialized to crack 130k. And the boom is over since this recession started , there is way too much capacity in the market right now.
If anyone needs to make a move they better do it fast because not even the ATA is crying trucker shortage anymore

Someone with 5+ years experience with good knowledge of the industry should be making at least that- unless they are doing something basic like dry van.

Sure the industry in flooded with drivers. Are most of them any good?

That's the problem with this industry. Most of the drivers aren't worth a crap.

They usually quit after a year or two. Very hard to find a female driver especially OTR that’s been in the industry for more than a couple of years.

Those signs on the back of trucks are notoriously out dated.

Nice... Now get with the times.

2021-2022 was a historically high point for wages. After a truck's expenses, regulatory expenses, taxes, and insurance, there isn't $150k left to give to the driver in 2024.
