Broke down in St George, Utah, nox inefficiency code, truck derated. Limped it to the shop, currently waiting on word from the mechanic on a confirmed diagnosis.

They’ll give you a door to drop your trailer in, then you have to go park in the lot at the north end of the building, then after they call you can hook up and go back to the shipping office for the papers. The times I’ve been there it’s been decent considering it’s a live load. There’s a dive of a Loves close by to check your weight.

I saw a few pictures of white Volvo trucks stickered up with FCC logos on the FCC Instagram page. The last time I spoke to a recruiter he said that only Freightliner and Kenworth trucks were a thing at FCC, are there some Volvos trucks available for company drivers now?

Got a call from Trey as I was sitting in the drivers lounge at the dealer in Utah to go take a random. So here I sit waiting to give them my specimen.

We have Volvo’s in our fleet (approximately 15) that all have drivers in them. For the foreseeable future all future trucks will be Freightliners

As an O/O, when your name is pulled, and you're in the situation like that in a shop, do they arrange an Uber to the collection location, or is it all on your shoulders?

    runningman0661 Thanks this.

Delivered in Lindsay NE around 11 this morning. Shortly before arrival, dispatch in training messages me.

“Will you want to do a reset over the weekend or keep running?”

I’ve been running my cycle out everyday this week, as I do nearly every day of every week. But that’s the nature. I respond with a, “I would like to keep running, I can rest when I get home next weekend.”
