Anyone have experience or know somebody working for them? Whats the pay like? Equipment? How many stops a day / hours?

They said they run propane in the winter and asphalt in the spring / summer.

I worked there from 2021-23, I was a regional driver doing tar, creosote, asphalt and propane. First things first, if you're based south of Georgia, you'll be making less money. You'll get mixed reviews about the company, but I really don't have anything bad to say about them. They treated me very well, left me alone and paid me well. I cannot speak as to what local drivers make, however, I do know that it's lower than what you'd make on the road. Their asphalt trailers are ran pretty ragged, unless you're in Florida, but mechanically they're fine. A lot of local guys complained about working long hours to make money, especially down south. In the Northeast it's a given just because of traffic (Jersey, NY, CT...). They're updating their fleet still with Peterbilt, Mack and Internationals, all automatic transmissions. Safety left me alone and never called me to tell me I was doing something wrong. I had a load of HMP boil over and cause a spill one time, and wasn't given a hard time about it. Just took pictures and told my side of the story, still received my safety bonus that month. I'm not sure if they still offer a weekly minimum, but mine was $1,500. Also, pay is weekly which was awesome. Dispatch was nice and would almost always get me home whenever I needed to be. All in all it was a nice place to work, but not perfect. Every company has flaws, but I would go back there in a heartbeat if I ever got into driving full-time again.
