Holland Enterprises, the real deal

1) I tried avoiding her by slowing down, but everytime I did, she would adjust her speed to block me from avoiding her. Again, this doesn't show in my video, but does in Holland's video.

2) I have 20 years of OTR experience. "Gaining a sense of what the other driver is going to do" is exactly what I did. When another driver is pointing their finger at you gesturing that they want to shoot you and then trying to block you in hoping that you will stop and not knowing if they actually have a gun or not? Again, footage that was on Holland's video, not mine.

3) In my post it states that the officer asked for the footage but Karla was too busy with other people in her office to accommodate the officers request. Karla said, "have the officer contact me and I will send over the footage" which she did not do. Instead she sent in my footage which was wrong. I sent in my video because neither the officer nor myself was getting anywhere in requesting Holland's footage to be sent over to the officer.

So to be clear, the officer requested dashcam footage from Holland meaning (I know I have to spell this out for you) the officer wanted HOLLANDS footage as requested from the officer. So your statement, "the officer can only obtain your cameras footage without it being anaccident resulting in an injury, they have to get permission from the company for theirs." I did not have footage at the time to give to the officer. I downloaded it afterwards and then sent it in.

So, that's exactly what the officer did, was request footage from holland and holland said that they did send it, but they did not not.

 

Yes, my footage shows one thing, but does not show footage from hollands footage.

We could go back and forth forever, but just because your gut is telling you something that isn't there doesn't make it so. How many flat landers feel in their gut that the workd is flat, how many Christians feel in their gut that dinosaurs aren't real, and how many other drivers feel that someone else is to blame without seeing viewing both videos just because they support the company they work for?

Email from me to the investigating officer:


So the mystery video is on the hands of holland. This mystery video wasn't first sent to the officer so he could do his investigation. Holland sent the wrong video, which is what the safety team and Chris have been denying all along. In the email from the officer it states that the only video he first received was mine which did not show any hand gestures from the other driver.

In the following email he states that he finally received additional videos now showing hand gestures, aka, the mystery video.
