The xpo position is a team position. FedEx is solo.

I wouldn’t want to have to work 6 nights a week to make wages that were fairly good 20 years ago. Just my opinion and you may be good with it. Single is usually better than team work but wouldn’t be for me in this case. You are the one doing the work though so it doesn’t really matter what I think, but you did ask.Big Road Skateboard, snowlauncher and Judge Thank this.

Gotcha,
Thanks for your input,
BankerBanker Thanks this. -
6 days/week gets old quick.. six nights per week would really suck.
Big Road Skateboard, Opus and Banker Thank this. -
This may be while the contractor has an opening....

Yeah,
I'm leaning towards xpo. -
I know that xpo doesn't have the greatest reviews, but
I think it depends on the terminal and the fleet manager. But then again what do I know.snowlauncher Thanks this. -
I've probably said some negative things about my time at conway (i was there before the namechange to xpo), but my complaints wouldnt apply to a dedicated team run like that. I'd go for itsnowlauncher Thanks this.
