Im recently getting back into trucking after taking the winter off and i applied to holland enterprises after hearing they have a crazy long average load length which i love.
They offered me .52cpm because i have a backing incident with marten(which was really a non issue i shouldnt have even reported it since no damage happened).
My question is, in todays climate and with Hollands good reputation, is .52cpm worth it? Ive heared its not hard to get 3300 miles plus with them. Marten offered me .62cpm OTR but the recruiter said average load length is 500 miles.
I have 21months OTR experience, 0 tickets and interactions with the law, clean MVR(besides the backing) and ive been with 3 companies so far(i know its alot). -

Maybe look at Schuster. I understand the big account is Blue Bunny Ice Cream, but lots of other coast to coast accounts.

Take the Holland offer. They are easy to work for and with. They’ll take good care of you. They won’t bother you at all unless it’s important. You’ll usually have your reload before you unload.Anonymousproxy, drvrtech77 and Chinatown Thank this.
