UPS driver crashed while drinking beers is not entitled to workers compensation

He must have family and/or friends on that board.

 

His career is over. UPS isn’t going to rehire someone with that kind of baggage. Union representation or not. I don’t even think Western Express could risk hiring him.

Get a good lawyer, they forced a company to rehire someone who crashed while drunk… it’s an addiction!! he need to roll in AA

 

I couldn't finish the article. I couldn't stop laughing. Most people carry a lunch box. He carried a case. Lol....then he doo-dooed on himself
