    I got them for $105 each at Peterbilt in SLC. They work great so far. Bright enough I have people flashing lights at me thinking I left the brights on.

    Thats a poor management style and even worse for raising kids. Standards under this method normally stay high, but also everyone resents you and people tend to not voice problems you really SHOULD know about.

    Also, your kids respect but dislike you personally.
