TA has ruined another location

I’ve never eaten a TA meal and kept it down so I ain’t sad. I’m sure there’s some nostalgia to it for some but I’m doubtful it’s because of great meals had.

 

ohh cmon! At least it tastes the same going out as it did in!

 

Well it only took 10 years for that to happen.
Before it was bought out by them, it was a good place to eat. Food quality, oversized portions and a fair price for the food. I can remember times between the locals and drivers, it was not uncommon to have to wait for a seat. Even hours you would call “off peak or slow” still quite full.

 

Not really surprised all the TA’s I’ve been to the restaurant looked super old and dingy. When was the last time they actually renovated a restaurant in a TA?

 

Ok man.....wow both of those sound good! There's one not far from the drop yard in St. Charles, MO. First chance I get I'm headed there!

 

I mean.....it ain't like Bucees built the lots for trucks to make maneuver in. I can't understand the hurt feelings about Bucees' no truck policy.

On a side note, it don't take much to better than Dennys lol

 

TA's were the place to be in 1995 and it looks like they never left that decade.

 

Holy cr*p. This post just reminded me that I started driving in 1995. Dang.

 

This place was ruined long before this.
When Petro took over the property years ago. One of the worst managed truckstops I ever had to endure.
