can you please define "o/o" for me. I may be able to give some advice. because , I'm an O/O and I will never , NEVER drive under someone else's authority nor "attach" me nor my equipment to another company. I can't wrap my head around , me doing the job and someone else getting part of my money. also the freedom that I have as an independent o/o is priceless.PSM379 and pumpkinishere Thank this.

I was a driver for a multi-truck lease-operator that pulled a lot of freight (van & reefer) in the SLC to Seattle -Portland to SLC corridor for Sharp Trucking out of Wellsville, UT. They seemed to always have lots of freight and treated everyone fair. You will learn every inch of I-84 and the western end of I-90. https://www.sharptrucking.com/Oxbow and pumpkinishere Thank this.

I've heard good things about Greatwide, like @Chinatown said. https://www.greatwide-tm.com/

Yes we currently have our own authority and have been running under our own numbers the last 3 1/2 yrs. We ran across some issues and ended up selling our flatbed trailer and now we have 2 trucks no trailer and within the last 2 months 2 of our brokers we were running for both went under. We do have 1 power only customer left but just not consistent enough with work so right now searching different avenues

Where do you live? Where do you want to run? When do you want to be home? Do you want to run team miles?

We live in the Midwest lower Indiana to be exact. But ya we run pretty much anywhere and would only need to pass through home once every couple of weeks or so to feed our cat who stays behind. But we have no problem running as a team.

Gotta look at big picture… 90% time I use my trailers. Buy sometimes I do a preload with drop and hook on their trailer, running under my numbers, just trailer interchange insuranceBoostedTeg and pumpkinishere Thank this.
