I’m starting at Schneider on Monday the 27th. The recruiter said I’d be in training for 2 weeks and then with a trainer on the road for a week. I’m really looking forward to coming there and getting back to work. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.

    Ohhhhhhh yeeeeaaaahhhh....I almost forgot.

Suggestion: keep a fresh can of WD-40 handy....whenever you are on duty.

Those cantankerous, sticky trailer door & tandem sliding mechanisms always seemed to take on a totally WHOLE NEW ATTITUDE -- if given a shot or two of that stuff...in the correct places.

You are wise -- and beautiful, I might add -- beyond your tender years, grasshopper!

    Well, it's kinda like life.
    1. Show up on time and be ready to go to work.
    2. Be respectful and polite.
    3. Listen to what you're told / instructed
    4. Ask as many questions as you have

Look, man. This isn't Nazi boot camp.....frankly, it's fairly laid back......but they do insist on your attention.
Good luck, you should be fine.
@gentleroger might have some advice too.

The first two thing that my trailer told me:

If I tell you to do something, do it and ask why later.

The other wisdom I carry around is if someone who had experience is talking, you should be listening.
