    I unloaded family dollar trucks a few times, it gets brutal in the summer. If you eat right though then yes the workout will be great for you. You got to be extra careful maneuvering the truck though, those are probably the hardest backings in all of trucking, more than one of the stores i delivered to I had to leave my truck out in the middle of the street with the flashers on the entire time while unloading.
