Seems to be the only ‘legal’ option.

We ran into similar but different situations with rental properties. The law is firmly in the hands of the tenant of a residence, or in @Rontonio s case, the possessor of equipment.

Difference is that the trailer can quickly get up and leave - a house doesn’t.

But it can still easily take 6 months to remove bad tenants from a house, following the ‘law’.
