You need to work on your reading comprehension. You are not an employee if you're being paid on a 1099. Go get a real job that pays real wages on a W2.

 

Sorry, you feel like being frank is being a dick but you don't seem to get it otherwise. You could of spent a few minutes online to learn what a 1099 was before you accepted it from Pappy's too but you didn't.

 

Good luck getting your money. People like you are a dime a dozen to carriers like Pappy's and it's obvious why.

 

Cut your losses. Move on. Consider your post a warning to other drivers to do their research before signing on as a 1099 when they just want to be a company driver. Maybe, just maybe, there is a few drivers out there who won't make the same mistake you did.
