They have drivers from a dedicated account, a LP driver, a company driver, a local driver, and a true O/O on the board. They want insight from each area of the company.

I’m not a higher up in the company, I’m just a lowly owner operator and resident boot licker.MidWest_MacDaddy, wulfman75, Knucklehead and 3 others Thank this.

So, you can call someone a bootlicker, and it's fine, but if I agrees with another member that your posts tend to be negative and always critical of another member (which sounds a little like a trolling) it's wrong?MidWest_MacDaddy, wulfman75, Knucklehead and 2 others Thank this.

They write them tickets for too fast for conditions. Reckless driving would be thrown out of court because the speed limit is 65.

I’m a dumb ###… nice to meet you
Knucklehead Thanks this. -
You have mentioned countless times you are on the advisory board. I always thought you had the other drivers back. Don’t listen to this obvious troll. For years he posts nothing worthwhile. At the same time, you post informative, timely, educational and personal experiences for your coworkers and others. You know I have the upmost respect for you… as many on this thread do. Don’t let one troll change that. Thanks for all you do to help us other drivers. Your what this industry needs more of.MidWest_MacDaddy, wulfman75, hotrod1653 and 9 others Thank this.

I’ve got no dog in the fight but if more companies cared enough to have an advisory board, represented by each division the company offers, this industry would be in better shape. I’ve given 13 years of my career to a company where the drivers are basically voiceless, it’s a tough pill to swallow the older I get, the thought of finding an employer that actually cares for the well being of their drivers, not just personally but financially as well is where I’d like to be in my retirement years.

I’ve followed running man’s thread here and when he drove for Abilene. He’s far from a boot licker, just likes to stay on top of things in the industry. He’s one of few on these threads that have leased a truck, paid it off. And become a successful o/o. My hats off to him.
MidWest_MacDaddy, JohnBoy, wulfman75 and 5 others Thank this.
