Should be used to alert when the turn is approaching. Never the sole decision onto which road to take.

Also logging miles and alerting timers for maintenance. They are pretty good at finding truck stops and estimating miles remaining to destination.

Gee, these things do seem to be popping up everywhere.
This one looks like a charger but fits in a pocket:

The claimed 20 foot range would definitely cover an entire truck

The company would have no way to jam your GPS. But, the communist heathens could!

p.s. I worked for Roehl briefly when I was new. Back then they would send new drivers to New York City just to see how the handled the pressure. I was sent there for my obligatory pressure test. It wasn't as bad as people make it out to be.

We have a few self-appointed wannabe moderators around here who see fit to cry about that sort of thing, but as a general rule we’re not that anal.

I don't have any issues with opening old threads. I rather someone open an old thread and NOT make a new one. Almost all of the old threads have information that is relevant for today.

Edited to add the problem with old threads is sometimes when you quote someone they are no longer active. Several years ago honestly I can't remember if it was TTR or another forum. Someone quoted a member who had died almost a decade before.
