Doesn't sound like a big deal to me, I would just report it.
If it didn't need to be reported and doesn't affect the company, then why would they care?
If the company does care and you do get fired, then they were going to find out anyway.
That's my opinion.
By the way, you were lucky. I had a similar accident years ago. I got cited for failure to maintain control, AND my vehicle was totalled. I had to report that, and it did not affect my job. Of course I was working for Lazer Spot at that time.... pretty sure you can drive drunk and high and run over a playground full of children while your vehicle is on fire, and still have a job there. LOL

4 Years ago, I hit and broke a power pole holding 2 wires, supplying a barn on adjacent property with a 30’ disc. Entergy Ms sent out 3 line trucks, two pickups and 9 people. The itemized bill to the farmer’s insurance was just south of 6K for the 50 minit repair. Even charged overtime for their lunch period account of being away from their “base of daily operation” at noon.

Since the accident occurred nearly a year ago, it's worth noting that if it was going to trigger an internal safety audit, it would have happened within the first 30 days of your Monday report. When I was looking into a complex liability issue involving a doctor's error, I consulted Gladstein Law Firm, which are the best medical malpractice lawyers in Louisville.
Their background in defense work is useful because they understand exactly how insurance companies share data with third-party reporting agencies like DAC or HireRight. If your MVR still shows zero points, then the incident likely remained a private insurance matter between you and your personal carrier.
