Had a fairly productive day despite the weather. My load to Clayton wasn’t ready so I ended up grabbing a trailer to shag to Lincoln, then grabbed a Kawasaki load going east. Left Lincoln and headed up thru Wahoo to miss the mess on 80 and it paid off. Other than the wind it was smooth sailing once I got out of the Omaha area.

 

I say the same thing about KDOT down here. They're in love with their brine solution and "pre-treating" roads which just causes snow to stick and turn to ice real quick.

Flatbed update

Unloaded my load of wall panels this morning at the Castaic Power plant in California. Was sent my preplan on Friday for todays pickup.

Costa Mesa to Deshler. My phone can almost auto type this for me. But it’s fine for me. I like my lane!

 

Nebraska could always do what Montana does. Nothing I came across Montana from ND to Idaho.
Snowing most of the way I saw 2 plows in that 700 miles
