I honestly just want to get out of flatbed and I don't want to do Dry Van/Reefer, know a better Tanker company? Let me know.

Are they still hiring or are you on pause right now?bentstrider83 Thanks this.

They should still be hiring. Of course once it gets warm, it gets slow again. Plenty of guys hunker down when flakes start falling.nextgentrucker Thanks this.
-
Cool, thanks.bentstrider83 Thanks this.
-
Is it true the IRT isn't hiring out of Florida right now?
nextgentrucker and bentstrider83 Thank this. -
I’m not sure if we are or not to be honest. I don’t go to Winter Haven too much. The last few times I was there, my sleeping schedule was adjusted to running at night, so I was asleep during the day and only talked to night dispatch when I went to the yard to switch trailers.Bumper, bentstrider83 and nextgentrucker Thank this.

Well, hopefully not, cause that would suck.

How is it driving at night actually?
-
There isn’t as much traffic. Weigh stations are usually closed. There is rarely a wait at the fuel islands. The sun isn’t baring down in your face of an evening. By the time you’re finished in the morning, there are plenty of open parking spots anywhere you stop.nextgentrucker, hope not dumb twucker, RockinChair and 7 others Thank this.
