Million mile city drivers.

I always maintained that P and D drivers racked up 10 times the experience vs. OTR miles.

 

Do you have the pleasure of a roll up door trailer or are you stuck with the 100 times a day in and out of the truck for the swing doors?

I started food service in 2014 and got a brand new tractor in 16 that now has 500k. So including my 3 years in beer I'm guessing I'm in the 600k area.

 

How many miles are u able to do a year ? 1 mil doing city work is quite impressive

 

Who keeps track ?

 

Even though I’m hourly now, I still write down my total miles on each day’s dispatch paper.

 

Respectfully asking, what do you haul & deliver every day? Hopefully it is consistent full time year round work, considering that the economy has been quite harsh towards a lot of people & businesses.
